This page contains training videos for the new Forest Cove POA entry gate systems. The first link below will redirect you to Forest Cove’s new YouTube channel to watch videos on all of the specific ways to enter and exit all of our new gate systems.
#1 – Introduction to the video tutorials.
#2 & #3 – Show examples of residents that have the new vehicle tag on their vehicles entering the community through the resident entry lane. Residents that do not have the new vehicle tag will have to enter using the guest lane (left side) and use the callbox features to gain entry.
#4 – Resident who is confused as to which lane to use (ha ha) – Residents with vehicle tags... keep right!
#5 – Guest and resident passing through at the same time.
#6 – Pedestrian, pool, dock entrance/exit operations. (Note... even though this video was taken at the pool, it is the exact same operation at each gate using this type of device.) IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PERSONAL FOUR-DIGIT ENTRY CODE OR NOT SURE WHAT IT IS, PLEASE CONTACT THE ASSIOATION MANAGER.
#7 – How to enter with plastic gate card or key fob.
#8 – Exit gate operations.
#9 – Resident, using the “OPTIONAL” MyQ App to gain entry. (NOTE: See additional video on this using separate link below). If you choose not to use the MyQ App, you simply answer your phone, press “9” to open the gate from your phone... just like before.
